i wanted to apply for basic theory today...BUT i did not bring my passport or IC. stoopid so i went there for nothing. what a waste of time. argh and i realise that i need a cashcard or nets to pay for the tests. stoopid i have none of the above. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh >.<
